We at BTPL understand the value of employees as our biggest asset and always put efforts to increase their moral and motivate them by providing employee friendly culture and help them learn through various team building exercises time to time.

Keeping the momentum on, we have organized a new event ‘Food Making Competition named BT Master Chef’ from 28 July 2014 till 31 July -2014. The competition showed the enthusiasm of team work and the happiness of seeing smile over the faces of people who tasted the delicious delicacies.

This competition was held with 10 Teams, each team consists of two people. They made innovative as well as tasty looking dishes. Event continued for four days where five teams participated each day and made their best dishes like Pineapple Pizza, Potato Boat, Lime & Ginger mock-tail etc. It was delighted to see the happiness of the employees to serve it and share it to other team members which makes a delicious treat for other teams too. In the given time of forty minutes each team has made so well dishes that even Judges can’t resist themselves without appreciating the efforts of each team.

Each team performed really well and we all had finger licking dishes. Participants later on shared their experiences that they have learn a lot about the importance of working in team, How to take care about the hygienic condition while working for food stuff and try to present the food stuff in front of judges effectively. All have appreciated the efforts of organizing committee and management who bring out such event which can enhance their creativity, innovation and most important team spirit.

Team of Sanjeev & Ravindra from PHP Team was declared as winner of the competition. Ramakant & Pradeep from SEO team achieved the position of Runner Up and as the Second Runner Up we get the team of Bhumika & Sunny. Our respected Founders and Directors Mr. Shri Pal Singh and Mr. Harshit Agarwal presented the awards to the winners with certificates. They congratulated and concluded the event with the saying “Thank you all for the delicious treat. Everyone did extremely well and efforts were visible and worth. Participation and game-sprit are quality traits and make a person highlighted everywhere regardless of winning or losing, that should be encouraged by all and so I do congratulate all participants”.
