Brain Technosys– A global IT services provider is celebrating 11 years of software development excellence. On this occasion of 11th Foundation Day company has organized a day outing for entire BT family. The company understands the valuable role of Employees, Partners and Clients towards the success of the company. In order to make this association stronger and to recognize their contribution, company organized series of activities and awards as a part of the event.

The event was started with the welcoming of our Honorable Directors and eminent guest. It followed with formal speech of our Co-Founders and Directors, Mr. Shri Pal Singh and Mr. Harshit Agarwal who has shared the company vision, brief of company history and given the overview of the popular activities done in last one year and inspiring and motivational for the employees to start for another year and prove it as a successful year.

Moving further various awards were given to employees for their team contribution, problem solving, independent working capabilities and various other parameters. For the employees who have been associated with our organization since a very long time, management had awarded them with the Award of Loyalty Service and a handsome monetary reward.

In order to add the fun element to the event, the organizing team has organized various recreational activities such as meet the rhythm, quick brain which not only added spice to the event but also helped employees to learn about attention to the details. Everyone took active participation and enjoyed fun-filled activities thoroughly. After the award distribution ceremony everyone enjoyed the cricket match for which after a neck to neck match ‘PHP and Designing Team’ was declared as winner and the captain of winning team Mr. Vipin Pal, Project manager and Shashank Srivastava, Man of the Match got the BTPL Cricket Champions trophy and gifts.

The event was organized at Awesome Farms, Faridabad, one of the top event venues that offered great hospitality and service to all attendees. The event was overall a full day relaxation, fun and lot of activities with delicious foods and drinks.
