19th, April 2012, Brain Technosys Pvt. Ltd completed its 8 years of success. We celebrated this event on 21st April (Saturday) in form of a full day Picnic and Relaxation Activity for all employees mixed with the 8th Foundation Day Celebration Ceremony & Annual Employee Awards Distribution Function.

Our Organizing Committee decided  to celebrate this event at Awesome Farms & Resorts, Faridabad this time. We all reached there at around 10 AM and had some nice breakfast, thereafter starting the celebration ceremony, Mr. Shri Pal Singh and Mr. Harshit Agarwal, Co-Founders & Directors, Brain Technosys welcomed all employees and congratulated them for being part of this prestigious growing organization.

Mr. Shri Pal Singh and Mr. Harshit Agarwal emphasized on employee stability and satisfaction which encouraged all BT employees to give their 100% in years to come. They also announced their expansion plan and officially declared opening of their new Search engine optimization division starting from 1st May 2012.

Project Leaders Mr. Vishal and Mr. Nitin  of ASP.net Division delivered few words about best development practices to be followed by the developers. They emphasized on learning new advanced frameworks and technology to improve and match the industry standards.

Project Leader for PHP Division Mr Bikas, who recently joined BT family was appreciated by our directors for his efforts to bring the whole PHP team together and work as a unit with 100% productivity. Mr. Bikas shared his ideas on how anyone can become a good & successful developer and importance of Logical Thinking in Coding.

Mr. Aditya, Sr. Manager – Business development, spoke on role dedication and target oriented work in an organization and also congratulated employees for their dedicated work and commitment towards the organization.

Employees participated in number of events including Speech & Singing competition, Jokes and Shayari, Cricket and volleyball matches etc.

BTPL Cricket Champions trophy was awarded to Rocking Brats team but immediately challenged by Dream Busters team captain Mr Shripal Singh to Rocking Brats in the auditorium for a immediate match in the field after the ceremony to retain the trophy. Match was a nail biter with many twists – turns and eventually went in favor of defending champions – Rocking Brats.

Volleyball match was one-sided as Dream Busters butchered Rocking Brats team in straight sets 2-0 in matter of 30 minutes.

Everyone had a lot of fun with food, golf, swimming, table tennis and other activities.  This was a day to remember for years to come and to be written in history of Brain Technosys Pvt Limited. May of us commented about this day like “most memorable day in our life”.

We hope to have more rewarding & enjoyable event next year.
