Our Events Organizing Committee @ Brain Technosys constantly working towards managing various events for employees to keep them relaxed, motivated and updated, giving sometime away for the normal job routine. This time they have decided to implement a really wonderful idea of having Inter-Department Cricket matches for Employees to encourage the sportsmanship of every individual, to build the team playing & fighting skills.

We have got around 35+ nominations for players, The players were divided in 3 different teams and the captain of all the teams were from 3 different departments i.e Business Development, ASP.net Development, PHP Development.

Today, we have really enjoyed the matches among these teams. Everyone came with proper Cricket Outfit wearing the T-Shirts with company logo, Sports Shoes etc. We had proper cricket kit bag etc. We went to a sports ground near our office building. When match started, we were surprised to see a large number of spectators who were all the employees of nearby offices & factories and could not stop themselves to come and watch such a great event organized well by professionals :).

We had played 2 matches, everyone enjoyed delicious snacks & soft drinks in the interval. PHP Developers Team, captained by Vivek was the winner as they have defeated the rest of the 2 teams in 2 consecutive matches. Players like Shripal, Pramod, Vivek, Anurag have really performed well not only with the bat, rather with the ball and contributing their 100% in the field as well. I must not forget to write few names from the other teams as well because players like Raza, Vishal from ASP.net Team and players like Vinay, Vinod etc have really played a great game and tried all their best to make their team win.

Every one congratulated the winners, Our Directors, Project Managers and Business Development Managers congratulated everyone for showing such a nice sportsmanship spirit on the field. Everyone out there really thanked the Organizing committee and our Director of HR, Mr. Shripal Singh who has taken such a great initiative. Management & Organizing committee promised to carry on similar activities in the future with different In-Door & Out-Door Sports & Adventure activities.
