The 9th foundation day of Brain Technosys Private Limited was celebrated on April 20, 2013 at Mud fort Kuchesar amidst gaiety, and with a call to work with more dedication and enthusiasm. The entire program was planned and hosted by our organizing committee. It was a full day event mixed with Annual Employee Award Distributing and Foundation Day Celebration.

The celebration started with inspirational speeches of our honorable directors, Mr Shri Pal Singh and Mr Harshit Agarwal. They congratulated and appreciated the entire team of Brain Technosys for their efforts and commitment towards the organization. Further they talked about the vision and foundation of the company.

Addressing employees on the eve of the 9th foundation day, Mr Shri Pal Singh Co-Founder & Director of Brain Technosys said, “BT believes Work Together | Grow Together. Transparency and Trust is the key of a Good Employee-Employer Relationship. We are doing best at our end leaving your part on your perception.”

BTPL on the completion of its 9 years of success awarded its employees for their commitment and dedication towards the association. Some of the prominent categories were, award for valuable team member, emerging programmer, award of appreciation and appreciation of leadership, award of dedication and many others.

The award distribution ceremony was followed by a cultural program. The cultural program was full of fun and entertainment. BTian flaunts their talent through singing, mimicry, jokes, inspirational poems, sketches, nail, and tattoo art. The debate competition was another most highlighted part of the event. However, the talent hunt section that had a ramp walk by the members of Brain Technosys family was much appreciated.

Concluding the event, Mr Aaditya Khanna, Sr Manager- International Business Development emphasized on the role and responsibility of an employee towards his organization. He said, ‘ an organization offers a platform to its employee, where he/she can stand and grow professionally. So it’s their responsibility as well not to leave the company at crucial times or should hand over their duties properly before leaving.

Everyone had lots of fun and enjoyment. It was a whole day activity where everyone enjoyed swimming, cricket, and delicious food served at Mud Fort. It was indeed a memorable day for every BTain.
