Brain Technosys Pvt. Ltd, Noida celebrated its 7th Foundation day – April 19th, 2011 and held various awards presentation ceremony at Waterbank Island Gurgaon. Mr Shri Pal Singh and Mr Harshit Agarwal, Co-Founders & Directors, Brain Technosys delivered the Foundation Day speech.

Mr. Shri Pal Singh and Mr. Harshit Agarwal played a pioneering role in creating, a leadership status for BT employees. They emphasized encouraging out performers, hard working employees and congratulated all the current & past employees for being part of Brain Technosys team on their 7th Foundation day.

Project Leaders Of ASP.net development team, delivered few words about best development practices to be followed by the developers. He emphasized on learning new advanced frameworks and technology to improve and match the industry standards .

Mr. Vinod Singh, Manager – Business development, spoke about challenges in software and web industry and some points to overcome that. He focused on consultative selling and educating customers to improve client satisfaction.

There were lot of team building activities and management games where all the employees participated and performed at their best level. Everyone enjoyed watching the performance of BTians who have shown their talents in the field of Singing, Standing Comedy, Dancing etc. BTians proved that they possess the true skills. The attraction of event was the Mr. Cool & Miss Cool Competition, each participant was amazing. Ankur Pathak (Miss Cool) & Jai Rawat (Mr. Cool) were the final winners.

Everyone had a lot of fun with food, games and activities. It was a day to remember in the history of Brain Technosys.
